California Mall Reality Capture for Redevelopment Project

Lakewood Center is a regional shopping center originally conceived as a city center in the post-war era of the 1950’s. Major tenants include Target, Macy’s, JC Penney, Round One, Pacific Lakewood Center Stadium 16 Theater, and many food offerings on site. The Center is home to a host of mid-tier retailers. Macerich opened a 100,000-square-foot retail addition with Costco and a food court in the 1990’s. The Planning Committee selected Coast2Coast to join their 2020 Redevelopment team because of the company's SCAN to BIM expertise. The Coast 2 Coast team used 3 types of equipment to complete the 3D scans, Revit as-built model, and 360 virtual tour deliverables.
