ETSU Building 60 Renovation

When plans for the almost $13M renovation of the ETSU’s “Building 60,” Red Chair Architects partnered with Coast 2 Coast to document the existing conditions of the circa 1904 structure. Using the FARO Focus 3D, Coast 2 Coast survey teams scanned the basement, main floor, 2nd floor, and attic, roof, elevator penthouse, exterior, loading docks, and lower truck entry ramps. Following the registration process, the team of 3D specialists began work on the idealized Revit model that would serve as an initial model to begin design.
