Under an aggressive timeframe for completion, Coast2Coast met with the Client for a site walk-thru and consultation. During this project kick-off meeting, the most efficient methods to document all 208 BMO Harris Bank were finalized. The detailed scope included complete floorplans and fixture plans, as well as a comprehensive spreadsheet on square footage and space utilization of each branch location.
