Rebrand Survey for ProLogis after merger

 

With the merging of ProLogis and AMB Property Corporation, the high-quality portfolio meant obvious growth opportunities for the two companies. To reflect their combined strength and better approach international markets, ProLogis decided to update brand signage on the buildings in North America.

Typical surveys included site plans, photographing the approach views and building elevations.  Coast 2 Coast brand survey specialists documented the complete inventory of signage including detailed measurements, and building elevation drawings. In-house, the Coast 2 Coast team processed the extensive data set into digital brand books detailing each site, creating a easy reference guide with graphic overlay renderings, elevations and site plans, and data entry.  The team completed over 250 industrial park branding field surveys, and generated nearly 700 digital brand books for various uses and roles. Mid-Project, the client noticed the quality and convenience of the deliverables they were receiving from Coast 2 Coast and the speed with which they were produced. Deciding to expand project, the team was requested to create the same type of books for previously surveyed sites.

Coast 2 Coast began work on the ProLogis/AMB conversion throughout the eastern region including Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Colorado, Pennsylvania, and Canada. The capacity to deploy the team across the U.S. and into Canada, the ability to tailored deliverables to ensure seamless, integrated data management as well as the flexibility to expand the scale and scope mid-project were all factors in making this multi-site site and sign survey program a great success.  Following the initial ProLogis program, Coast 2 Coast was awarded multiple smaller markets left over from other vendors as well, including locations in the midwest and southwest regions.
